I have known Debra (and Jackie) for a loooong time. Not only were they both impeccably dressed all the time, but they managed to do it while being kind to all the women around them. I looked up to Debra then and continue to do so now. And there is not an article she writes that I don't feel compelled to share with another person—the highest form of praise a fellow writer can give. Keep em' coming.
This is exactly the kind of generosity I was hoping to illustrate in my essay, Jamie - the fact that you took a minute to say that changed my morning. Thank you for the beautiful lift - and indeed, the highest compliment you could give. xx
Once again, funny and heartwarming, a perfect combo.
Ah, thank you! Handbags are so confusing... and they're also funny and heartwarming sometimes, I suppose!

I love this Debra. They keep getting better and better. New Yorker worthy! Xxx
Wow - best compliment ever! Thank you, Michael. And I hope you haven't lost all respect for me now that you know what I don't know! xx
Brilliant, as always.
And you are lovely, as always! Thank you. xoxoxo
We all have our designers and our love for them.

Oh, Natalie, thank you so much!
